Returns and refunds
No return or exchange after delivery, due to the nature of the product. Return or replacement is available only for damaged, incorrect or missing items. An unboxing video is mandatory for every claim, and the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. The product must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging. Replacement is preferred; a refund is issued only when replacement is not possible. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days. Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of company error.
Cancellation
